# Upload the panel once. Watch the line for years.

A blood test arrives as a PDF, gets read once, and disappears into a folder. POWR transcribes every row of it into 93 tracked biomarkers, shows you each one before anything saves, and plots the next draw against the last. It reads your lab's numbers. It does not invent its own.

One marker over time

One marker over five draws, plotted against your own lab’s reference floor rather than a population band. The line is the history POWR keeps per marker.

## Ninety-three markers across eight panels

93 Biomarkers tracked by name and unit

8 Panels lipids through inflammation

365 Aliases so your lab's spelling resolves

10 Years of history kept per marker

## What's in the catalog

A marker only counts if POWR knows its name, its unit, and the other names your lab might print it under. All 93 carry all three.

The eight panels sum to 93 markers. A marker only counts here if POWR knows its name, its unit, and the other names your lab might print it under.
| Panel | What it covers | Markers |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Lipids | Total, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, and the ratios and particle measures that sit under them. | 10 |
| Metabolic | Fasting glucose, insulin, HbA1c, and estimated average glucose. | 4 |
| CBC | The full count — red cells, white cells and their differential, platelets, and the indices. | 23 |
| CMP | Kidney and liver function, electrolytes, protein, and the calculated eGFR. | 20 |
| Thyroid | TSH, free and total T3 and T4, and thyroid antibodies. | 6 |
| Hormones | Testosterone free and total, estradiol, cortisol, SHBG, DHEA-S, and the rest. | 12 |
| Vitamins and minerals | Vitamin D, B12, folate, ferritin, iron studies, magnesium, zinc. | 11 |
| Inflammation | hs-CRP, ESR, homocysteine, uric acid, and related. | 7 |

## Four ways in, three of them free

Reading a document is the Pro feature. Everything else here — typing a marker, browsing the catalog, keeping the history — costs nothing.

### Upload a PDF

Or any file your lab hands you, up to 50 MB. A multi-page report is read whole, not one page at a time.

### Pick a photo

A photo of the printed panel from your library works. Point at the results page and upload it.

### Type one marker

A value, its unit, and the draw date. No document needed, and it costs nothing.

### Apple Health Records

If you have linked a provider inside Apple's Health app, POWR can read the labs already there. Medications, conditions, allergies, and immunizations land in a review inbox instead.

## Review the report before saving

Transcription can make mistakes. Compare the draft against your original report, especially the marker, result, unit, and reference range.

01

**Upload your report**

Use the PDF or a clear photo of the results page. Check that the relevant rows and units are legible.

02

**Review the draft**

Compare each transcribed marker, value, unit, and reference range against the original report. A transcription can be wrong.

03

**Resolve uncertain rows**

Map an unrecognized marker to the right catalogue entry, or leave it out if you are unsure. Do not guess at a medical result.

04

**Confirm what to keep**

Save only the rows you have checked. Bring questions about interpretation or treatment to your clinician.

If more than a fifth of a large panel still comes back doubtful after all of that, the server throws the whole read away rather than hand you a half-trustworthy set of numbers. A unit the converter does not recognize fails instead of converting. Units are never inferred from a marker's name.

Compare the draft with the original report before saving. The source document remains the reference when a transcribed row is unclear.

## You see every row before anything saves

POWR transcribes. You choose what gets kept. The draw date is required before anything can be saved, because a lab value without its date is not a data point.

### Nothing saves until you confirm

Reading a document writes nothing to your history. The extraction is a draft that lives on the screen until you accept it.

### Every row is shown before it lands

The marker POWR resolved, the raw label printed on your report, the value with its unit, and the reference range that came with it.

### Unrecognized rows are yours to map

Anything POWR could not place is searchable against the full catalog, so you can file it correctly instead of losing it.

### Uncheck anything you don't want

Rows you exclude are not saved. Discard the whole read and nothing is kept at all.

The transcribed value itself is not editable on the review screen. If a number came through wrong, discard the read — POWR would rather lose an upload than save a figure you did not agree with.

## Your lab's range, not ours

### The range comes off your report

POWR uses the reference range your lab printed next to the value, and nothing else. If the value converts to different units, the range converts with it, so a range never gets left behind by its number. There is no built-in table of normal standing in for your lab's.

### Two draws make a line

A second reading of the same marker turns it into a trend, plotted against the shaded band from your own report. Ten years of history per marker, kept through a reinstall.

### It won't draw a trend that isn't real

Labs print different units for the same marker. The chart plots only the readings that share the most recent one, rather than putting mg/dL and mmol/L on the same line and calling it a change.

### Upload the same panel twice

It stays one entry. A repeat of a reading you already have is recognized as the same draw, not a new one.

## What it won't do.

A blood panel is medical data, and the honest position is that POWR is a place to keep it and watch it move — not a second opinion. Your recent panels are part of what the coach can see when you ask it something, and it is instructed never to draw a conclusion from a lab value on its own.

Nothing in POWR is medical advice. Take a result you are worried about to the person who ordered the test.

Limits, stated plainly

- Reference ranges are your lab's, not ours. POWR ships no built-in "normal" table.
- Ranges are not adjusted for age or sex. That is a deliberate omission, not an oversight.
- POWR does not diagnose, and it does not tell you to start or stop a medication.
- A lab value alone is not a diagnosis; discuss interpretation with your clinician.
- POWR runs no testing laboratory. It reads the panel your lab produced.

## Where the document goes

Transcribing a panel means a machine has to read the page. Here is exactly what that costs, said before you upload anything rather than after.

### The document reaches an AI provider whole

Transcribing a panel means sending the page as it is. If your report prints your name, date of birth, or record number, that goes with it. Reading a document is gated behind AI Features, which you switch on during onboarding — one screen in Settings turns it back off, and everything already logged keeps working without it.

### The patient name is never stored

There is no column for it. It is read off the page and dropped.

### Results are encrypted at rest

So is the name of the lab that ran them — a specialty clinic's name can disclose a condition on its own.

### The copy on your phone goes immediately

The local file is deleted the moment the upload finishes. Deleting your account removes the documents with it.

## FAQ

### How do I track bloodwork on iPhone?

In POWR, open Bloodwork and upload the PDF your lab gave you, or a photo of the printed panel. POWR transcribes every row into a draft. Nothing saves until you confirm. You can also type a single marker by hand.

### How many biomarkers does POWR track?

93, across eight categories: lipids, metabolic, CBC, CMP, thyroid, hormones, vitamins and minerals, and inflammation.

### Does POWR invent its own "normal" lab ranges?

No. POWR uses the reference range printed on your lab report, because that is the range your clinician ordered against for that draw. Shipping our own normal table would invent a different normal than your report, so we do not adjust ranges for age or sex and we do not diagnose.

### Is reading a lab PDF free?

Uploading bloodwork is available only for POWR Pro users. Users can freely input markers by hand, and browse the catalog, trend lines, and history.

### How far back does bloodwork history go?

Ten years per marker, and it survives a reinstall.

### What if I upload the same panel twice?

Uploading the same panel twice stays one entry.

### Can I correct a value POWR read wrong?

Yes. After a panel is saved, you can edit a row. Before you save, you can map a row POWR did not recognize to the right marker, or exclude a row you do not want.

### What happens to the document I upload?

It is sent to our AI provider to be transcribed, as printed. Anything identifying on the page goes with it. The patient name is never stored. Your results and the lab's name are stored encrypted, and the copy on your phone is deleted as soon as the upload finishes.
