# A plan for your goal. Room to revise it.

Build a multi-week training plan on POWR Pro, review the proposed schedule, and request changes as life and training evolve.

## Start with the goal and your constraints

Discuss what you want to work toward, your schedule, and the equipment available. POWR supports goals across running, strength, swimming, HYROX, combat sports, weight loss, and general fitness.

Review the proposed plan before beginning. A generated schedule cannot evaluate your technique, injury history, or readiness for an event the way a qualified professional can.

## Structure across weeks

Plans can include goal-specific phases, progression, easier weeks, and tapering where appropriate. Your race or target date and the kind of goal affect the schedule.

If the time available does not support the requested plan, POWR can flag that before you accept. A feasible schedule in the app is not a guarantee that the goal is safe or achievable.

## Changes you approve

Ask to ease up, adjust a session, or revise a plan. POWR shows a proposed change for review before applying it.

You can record areas you want to avoid loading or treat more cautiously. This is a planning preference, not injury rehabilitation. Get professional advice about pain and restrictions.

## Keep the record beside the plan

[Record sessions](https://powrhealth.com/workout-tracking) and review them alongside your food log and recovery readings. Planned work and completed work are different, and the history helps you see that difference.

Nutrition targets can change with your training phase. [Calorie targets](https://powrhealth.com/calorie-targets) explains the feature and its limits; an estimated target is not a fueling prescription for every sport.

## Training plans are not meal plans

Plan my week is the separate meal planner in Plans → Meals. It fills meal slots from saved meals and meal templates. [Recipe scan and meal planning](https://powrhealth.com/recipe-scan) explains that workflow.

Training plans are a Pro feature. Workout recording, the exercise catalogue, and strength history are free.

### How long is a plan?

It depends on the goal, schedule, and available time. Review the proposed phases and sessions before accepting.

### What if my race is too soon?

POWR can flag when it cannot support the requested schedule. Discuss event readiness with a qualified professional rather than treating an app plan as clearance.
