Can I upload a lab PDF to track bloodwork on iPhone?
Yes. Upload the PDF your lab gave you, or photograph a printed panel. POWR transcribes the report into 93 tracked biomarkers, shows you every row before anything saves, and keeps the reference ranges printed by your own lab. It tracks the result over time but does not diagnose or interpret it.
The report stays reviewable
Document reading is useful only if the transcription can be checked before it becomes history.
-
01
Choose the report
Upload the lab PDF from Files or choose a photo of the printed panel from your photo library.
-
02
Review every row
POWR matches the printed labels to its 93-biomarker catalogue. You can remap an unrecognized label, exclude a row, and confirm the draw date before saving.
-
03
Track like with like
History is kept per marker and unit. POWR does not put mg/dL and mmol/L on the same trend line and pretend they are comparable.
What to compare in a lab PDF tracker
The useful differences appear between selecting the document and trusting the history it creates.
| Question | POWR answer | Proof |
|---|---|---|
| Can it read a PDF or photo? | Yes. The document reader accepts a lab PDF or a photo of a printed panel. | Bloodwork |
| Can I check the extraction? | Yes. Every row is reviewed before anything saves. | Bloodwork |
| How many markers are recognized? | 93 biomarkers across common lab families. | Marker catalogue |
| Whose reference range is used? | The range printed on your report. POWR has no built-in normal-range table. | Bloodwork |
| Does it interpret the result? | No. It records and trends the result. It does not diagnose it. | Health boundary |
| Are unlike units mixed? | No. A trend line stays with the unit used by the most recent result. | Trend handling |
| How is the data handled? | Sensitive health data is encrypted at rest and stays inside the same export and deletion boundary as the rest of POWR. | Your data |
Tracking is not interpretation
POWR preserves the value, unit, date, and reference range your lab printed. It does not decide whether a result is healthy, diagnose a condition, or replace the clinician who ordered the test.
That limit is part of the product. The document reader reduces retyping. It does not turn a consumer health app into a medical device.
