Common questions

Open the home screen menu and choose "Log Food." From there you can scan a meal, scan a barcode, or use manual entry depending on what you are logging.

POWR does not support Apple Health or wearable syncing yet. POWR is focused on nutrition tracking first, and we will announce integrations separately if and when they ship.

Yes. Your data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and in transit using TLS. We never sell your personal information. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This starts the deletion workflow immediately and removes your account data from active systems after required cleanup completes. If you want a data export first, contact support at admin@vitalitywellness.app.

POWR offers both free and premium tiers. The current product focus is AI-assisted nutrition logging, macro and micronutrient tracking, ingredient detail, and meal management. As the product expands, premium functionality may grow with it.

None right now. The app is nutrition-focused today, so wearable and connected-app support should be treated as future work rather than a live feature.
