Open the home screen menu and choose "Log Food." From there you can scan a meal, scan a barcode, or use manual entry depending on what you are logging.
POWR does not support Apple Health or wearable syncing yet. POWR is focused on nutrition tracking first. Integrations will be announced separately if and when they ship.
Yes. Your data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM, in transit using TLS, and protected with HIPAA-aligned security practices. We never sell your personal information. Read our privacy policy for full details.
Go to Settings, Account, Delete Account. This starts the deletion workflow immediately and removes your account data from active systems after required cleanup completes. For a data export first, contact support at admin@vitalitywellness.app.
POWR offers free and premium tiers. The current product focus is AI-assisted nutrition logging, macro and micronutrient tracking, ingredient detail, and meal management. Premium functionality may grow as the product expands.
None right now. The app is nutrition-focused today. Treat wearable and connected-app support as future work, not a live feature.
