How do I track my meals?

Tap the "+" button on the home screen and select "Log Food". You can search our database, scan a barcode, or take a photo of your meal for AI-powered recognition.

How do I connect Apple Health?

Go to Settings → Connected Apps → Apple Health and enable the data types you want to sync. You'll be prompted to grant permissions through the Health app.

Is my health data secure?

Yes! Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We never sell your personal information. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers. You can also export your data before deletion.

Do you offer a premium subscription?

POWR offers both free and premium tiers. The free version includes core tracking features, while premium unlocks advanced insights, unlimited history, and more integrations.

How do I report a bug?

Please email us at admin@vitalitywellness.app with a description of the issue, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful!
