POWR does one thing well. You log what you eat, you see your calories, macros, vitamins, minerals, ingredients, and food-quality signals, and you decide what to eat next. We're honest about what's not in here yet.

Every meal starts the same loop. Snap a photo and POWR estimates the plate, or scan a barcode, search, or enter it by hand. From there you get calories and the full macro split, vitamins and minerals down to the micronutrient, and a breakdown of the ingredients behind each entry. A quality score grades the food itself, so a banana and a candy bar never read as equal calories.
